I learnt about the different types of tests along with their uses in order to assess students language ability. The unit also provided information about the different types of external examinations conducted for english language proficiency. The example placement test paper provided me with a better understanding of how to create such papers in order to effectively understand a student's language ability.The unit assist the Teacher on how to effectively manage and organize a classroom, and also ensuring they ascertain their style of teaching in the process.It puts emphasis on diversity of the Teacher as per required learning stage required. Organizing and managing the class makes easier for the Teacher to establish rapport,controlling of the classroom through discipline and ensuring confidence either way.
