Classroom management is dependent upon a combination of many variables which are often responsive to particular teaching/learning strategies as well as intimacy, interaction between student-teacher and student-student along with a number of other factors, eg., skill level, motivation and personalities. Student learning, responsiveness to instruction and teacher effectiveness is often affected and/or determined by particular seating arrangements, interaction, teacher/student talk time and particular behavior situations within each classroom and subsequent teacher response to or management of possible problems that may arise or emanate from particular classroom situations.
