This unit consisted of two videos showing two lessons about the same topic and by the same teacher. One example lesson in many ways showed not very good teaching where the other showcased good teaching using the ESA technique. I found both videos quite informative, because as a new teacher there are so many things that you can do wrong. It really helps to see side by side what impact your teaching methods and attitude have.It was hard but useful unit. In the first stage I have learnt about different testing and evaluation. Secondly I learn how the teacher should correctly use tesing in Lessons. Following this I have learnt about general extrenal examination and Cambridge Assessment. I have understood why the teacher need to use evaluate students. In addition to this unit i can correct use different type evaluating students in English lessons.
