In this unit I have learned about how receptive skills can be taught , also the reasons and motives for reading and listening and how it is done by not only our eyes and ears but also by our minds that process the words for us to understand. Teachers can do it by pre-teaching new vocabulary and carefully selecting no authentic texts about topics the students are interested in.I realized that the writing of lessons plan is necessary for inexperienced teacher. It helps the teacher to organize the stages of his lesson, to determine the aim of the lesson and the results he wants to see. The lesson plan helps the teacher to keep on target. It also acts as a reference. It can be a record of what a class has done. The lesson plan has to be simple and flexible. It can include many other useful details.
