There are two productive skills, that students are supposed to have and improve: speaking and writing. Since writing appears more during the homework than during lessons in the classroom, students prefer to develope speaking skills. Inspite of that, teacher shouldn't neglect the possibility of improving this important skill. A lesson can be planned acoording to the ESA structure. Teacher must be prepared well to pick nessecary material for learning and should know the games, he/she is going to include, to know the language level of the students , ect. And good teacher always try to encourage the students to speak or to write, giving them motivation to do it. It's not easy, but if teacher is able to do it with learners, the learning efficiency will increase significantly.
