This learning unit discusses common problem situations that may arise in the classroom and also give solutions for the problems. I have learned that with first lessons the main goal should be to establish report. Different techniques for establishing report are explained. This unit also give you ideas and solutions with problem that may arise with large classes, reluctant students and different language levels in one class.This unit seems to be a general review of several previous units dealing with students behavior, classroom management and so on. This unit doesn't particularly offer any new information but is somewhat useful for consolidating the knowledge covered earlier in the course. As a final unit it is rather shorter than I would have expected, perhaps a longer test covering more areas would have been more useful as a kind of review.
