This lesson focused around methodologies for teacher-student interaction. It detailed the appropriate steps for a typical lesson plan and variations on that process. It also covered at which points in time specific lessons should be used and how to use those lessons. I learned that correction should not be readily given at every stage of teaching, but should only be used at certain spaces in the lesson plan.This unit is useful as it covers the many types of students (i.e. beginner, business, children, etc) that an instructor may encounter over the course of their teaching career. The unit provides helpful suggestions, such as ways to conduct a \"needs analysis\" that can be adapted for a wide degree of different student types, and will help the teacher know, and prepare for, student expectations for the course.
