One of my favorite thing to establish is classroom management. I feel that one can never learn too much about managing one's class. I strongly want to remember the names of my students. It is an all time weakness for me to remember names, however I know this establishes rapport and I want to send the message to my students that they are all important to me. I find it is important to have great classroom management skills and being organized is one of my many focuses to be successful in. With a well organized class and scheduled activities, I know that learning can be fun less stressful and overall more easily for students to grasp and maintain. I found that this lesson was a good review for me to refresh my mind and opinions on how to manage my class successfully.
