Examining the issue of course books I do agree that main debates can be occurred among teachers because of that topic, On one hand it is pretty difficult to work with an inappropriate book during a whole school year or may be longer. On the other hand, not all the cases the price can suit to the methodology within. I should say that phasing the lesson still can bring some difficulty to me. I try to get over it.This unit explores many aspects of classroom management. It covers topics like classroom arrangement, establishing rapport with students and how to use your voice effectively. We also take a look at classroom discipline. One learns that for teacher to have full control of the class he/she should be able to inspire confidence in the students, must be flexible and change his or her role according to the activity.
