A good teacher motivates their students to learn, good teachers are lively and actively involved with lessons but most of all care about the students. Teachers should carefully correct students and ensure that these correction does not demotivates the learner. There are different role of the teacher some of which are: assessor- the role of the teacher as an assessor is to give feedback, evaluate and correct students. The teacher plays the role as a manage- this is where the teacher is in charge of the class. teacher should model language for students to learn from.
As a teacher we should know our students in order to help them to want to learn and find different strategies to work on their weakness without demotivating students from wanting to learn.
