Jeremy Harmer`s ESA style is tried and proven and in my personal experience, it was also very different and helpful. I seem to get an in-depth view of the student's trials and tribulations and this has helped me with preparing and addressing the reach of the student's abilities. I feel that all my prior decades of teaching and worry have melted into an extremely simple and logical approach...which my students agree with more than they did before. It is hard though to let the concept of different ESA styles sink into one`s brain, but after a serious moment of reflection, when it clicks, it clicks successfully. I am very happy to be able to understand the reason behind the passion of compartmental ideology. It has a definite show of cause and effect.
