Unit 20 was the final unit and about starting out with a new class. If you are going into a new class where no students know each other, it can be a little harder than one which has been around and they are comfortable together. The first lesson shouldn't be straight from the course book, but instead finding a way to establish rapport and getting to know each student. Some classes may have students who are at different language levels. There are numerous ways to approach this but some are to pair lower and higher students together, using different materials, and portioning the work differently. Warmers are often necessary at the beginning of classes to help the students have fun while gaining an interest in English before starting the lessons.
