I believe that I have done very poorly in this lesson. I cannot relate many of the answers to what I remember from the lesson plan. So, I don't think that I have really learned anything from this lesson. I don't think that there was enough explanation given in the lesson content!
Personal aims: As a technical trainer I drew up a lesson plan which was displayed in the classroom for the students to view. I do not believe that a trainer's personal aims should be displayed. No person is infallible and as technology is continually advancing, an instructor should not put on display any weakness that he/she may have as it reduces the students confidence in the instructor. A private and personal note on a teacherâ€™s personal aims is fine.
