I can't tell you how much I have learned from all of the lessons in the EFL plan. I thought I knew everything about teaching and about the English language. Well, I do have a grasp of teaching and I do know the English language, but teaching English to foreign students has so many other aspects. Being able to prepare for large classes of many students and being able to give them all what they need to learn is invaluable. Helping the reluctant student to feel comfortable enough by pairing with a stronger student is ingenious. The first class is usually uncomfortable for everyone and playing a game of pass the ball sounds like just the ticket for an ice breaking activity. Finally, let me say it has truly been a learning experience.
