First I accidently submitted my previous test while typing, so I'm sorry my sentence was cut off. From this lesson I learned that the four basic skills of language are separated into receptive skills and productive skills. Which as stated in previous lessons these terms are pretty obvious for a native speaker but are not really used and so it's a good thing to know what you are teaching. I've learned that the receptive skills are reading and listening. Both are important but listening is harder when learning a second language as you can reread something but listening is usually once. Of course you can ask someone to repeat something or if it's an audio repeat it, but in conversational skills that is something that is really hard.
