teacher must know when to be firm and when to leave the students alone, eye contact , gesture and teachers voice are ways to help the teacher in manging the class . grouping students has there pron and cons,classroom arrangement should depend on the space available , nationality and student personality.there should be a rapport between the teacher.teacher should know how to respond to the student behavior problemThe unit discussed issues relating to productive skills, speaking and writing. I now have a better understanding of accuracy and fluency, and the use of different activities to engage students in. I also understand the difficulties faced by teachers and students in writing exercises, considering present day technology that does not encourage handwriting, perhaps a way to encourage writing would be more of an art.
