Managing the classroom is very important. Classroom organizatiion for example has a huge effect on the effectiveness of the teacher in the classroom. If the classroom was situated isn a way where the students cannot adequately hear and understand the teacher then that classroom organization needs to be fixed. The order of the classroom helps the students more than I thought. I now realize why classrooms are set up in particular ways, depending on the level of the students and even grade. Student talk time is very important and so it is important as the teacher for me to hold my tongue at times, as oppposed to butting into a conversation which could ultimately fluster the student and cause them to lose confidence.
