This unit is about common problem situations. I felt the unit was not so much about problems as about knowing what to do in different situations with different types of classes. The chapter gives you usefull tips on how to handle big classes, shy students etc etc. I think that as soon as I start teaching this chapter will be very usefull to read from time to time.I was surprised and relieved to learn that the teacher does not need knowledge of business to teach a business English class. Although I now have the confidence to be able to teach Business English to adults, I think I would benefit from teaching younger children the most, having a Psychology degree. I look forward to the varying teaching situations in the future.
