In this unit I learned about teaching special groups. I found this unit to be very interesting because I didn't think that each group needed such different types of techniques. Before, I knew there would be a difference in how the classroom lessons would be for adults and children. However I didn't realize that business English learners would need a different type of method as well. I didn't realize that the motivation of some of the business English learners may not be very high due to the fact that the classes would be going on during their free time and that it may be a requirement for their job. Keeping this in mind will definitely improve the way I see teaching clients who are business English learners.
