I really enjoyed reading through this unit as a quick what to do and what not to do when teaching students studying English as an Additional Language. As someone new to this area the thought of it can be intimidating but I know that after this course and coursework i will be better suited for this position. This unit gave many helpful hints and tricks to make sure that things run smoothly.Methods and Techniques of the teachers always play an important role in students' development. There are several of these, but the method ESA is proven to be effective for both the teachers and learners. This method will definitely give students more opportunity to practice the language themselves, but of course with the teachers' assistance through out the class and feedback at the end.
