This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
I liked that this unit shows an efficient way of conducting a lesson compared to an inefficient way. The first video, he doesn't seem to read the room and address the confused looks on the students' faces, instead he just repeats the same words \"modal auxiliary\" and says it the same way instead of explaining it. He also doesn't start with friendly banter to allow the students to get comfortable and ready to learn. He talks way too fast so much so that he sounds like he is mumbling. In the second video, the teacher is more animated in his speech, engaged with students by learning their names, using body language when explaining actions of animals, and having them engage and collaborate with each other.
