This can be aroused by the teacher through interesting activities. The last are divided into controlled, guided and creative activities, depending on whether the focus is on accuracy or fluency. Finally, it is explained what a teacher should do before, during and at the end of a lesson which is built around speaking. As regards writing, the majour difficulties concern spelling and punctuation. However, several activities and games can be done in order to overcome these hurdles.
