This unit shows just how profound of an impact a teacher can have in the classroom with their body language. In the second lesson the teacher's smile, clarity of voice, as well as his calm and encouraging demeanor all made the students feel comfortable and not afraid to make mistakes. He looked like he enjoyed what he was doing, which makes the atmosphere overall more enjoyable for the students. In his lesson the students read, wrote, spoke, and listened to English and appeared to have a good time doing so. He incorporated each student in the lesson by calling on them as well as giving the opportunity for others to share by raising their hands. The teacher's demeanor and clear explanations and visual aids in the second lesson obviously had a positive impact on the outcome of the lesson in comparison to the first one.
