When preparing lessons, a teacher needs to consider the equipment that is available in their classroom and use it to its fullest in order effectively teach your students. Some available resources include: boards, interactive whiteboards, overhead projectors, worksheets & cards, videos & DVDs, dictionaries, online resources, photocopiers, visual aids, tape recorder, computers, etc. As a teacher you need to prep your supplies, test your equipment, plan ahead and practice so that when you use it, the kinks will already have been worked out and hopefully the class will run smoothly.
