\"Teaching Pronunciation & Phonology\" is an incredible compilation of information on the importance of teaching pronunciation alongside other English skills. Most helpfully to me, is the inclusion of comprehensive charts detailing stressed syllables and the manner/place of articulation since it brings an awareness to my own language skills which will help my future students. Similarly, the diagrams depicting the areas of the mouth will be helpful in describing and demonstrating difficult pronunciation in letters like p/f, z/j, and l/r in some of my students. The class activities provided will be a useful addition to drilling practices during the study phase of a lesson plan, as well as enhance games in the activate phase in a pronunciation-focused lesson.
