This unit addressed the two productive skills, speaking and writing. The unit outlined activities to practice these two skills; the activities are separated into two categories: accuracy activities and fluency activities. Accuracy activities are used in the study phase and they are more controlled by the teacher. Fluency activities have more student control and are done in the activate phase. This unit gave many examples of games and activities to do in the classroom. I think its important for teachers to have a class that practices all four skills (reading, writing, listening and speaking) and this unit helped me to grasp effective ways to make that happen.
