The second video demonstrated successful teaching and learning behaviours. The teacher displayed enthusiasm ( a good attitude) in teaching and made the lesson interesting with pictures, drawings, class exercises (work sheets), questions and a creative activity. Students were engaged and stimulated that had made the class very interactive. The methodology of Patchwork ESA Lesson Plan has proved to be an effective mode of teaching and students participated eagerly in the lesson.Unit ten showed important the manner and style is when teaching and how it can dramatically affect a classes understanding, motivation and participation. In video one the instructor was rude, intimidating and did nothing to actually engage the students. He also did almost nothing to help the students understanding of the material. In video two he was open, funny and engaging and provided tools (like pictures, drawings and drilling) to help the students understand the material.
