It was good to have some repetition of the ESA structures, so the information will not fade away. I feel most of the ESA structures depend on your class. If you have a class that gets bored quickly, you probably use the patchwork structure more often. In private classes, it depends on the personality of the individual. I think in a private class it easier to change a structure. In a large class, you need to consider consequences for slower learners.Within this unit I have learnt that the construction of sentences is more complex than I remembered, having said this the basics of nouns, adjectives, verbs, adverbs and definite and indefinite articles flow easily when you understand their relationship to the sentence. There are constructs of sentences that I never learnt as a child and its been very interesting learning how to recognise these and break the sentences down to its component parts.
