When it comes to the present tenses, basically they are divided into four types; present simple, present perfect, present continuous, and present perfect continuous. In present simple tense, forming the third person singular would be the most difficult and confusing part for students, so teachers should prepare several worksheets for students to get used to conjugate them. The usages of present perfect could be confusing for students as well, which are indefinite past actions, or unfinished past actions. Once they get the idea of present perfect tense, present perfect continuous tense will be easier to understand and use in a sentence. The one thing that students should be careful about is some irregular past participles. In order to help them memorize those verbs, teachers should prepare the list of them and work on them numerous time. It is very helpful that the material and the video provide several teaching ideas that I can apply on a real class.
