A lesson plan should not be use in a strict and rigid manner. A lesson plan should be a precious help for the teacher where to head and what should be carried out during the lesson. I personally see the lesson plan as something that shouldn't be too intrusive and that shouldn't take too much importance on the way the lesson is carried out. It is merely something we can use to help us head towards the right direction and to keep the right timing.After reading this unit and the previous unit, I understood what receptive and productive skill are. In particular, I get to know more about how to interact students in class. For example, more pair work and guided activity. Because I am now teaching GESE with students, but I somehow found its difficult as I didn't have much fun games or activities to do during the class despite asking questions only. I will provide more activities in the class.
