Being a teacher daily myself, it was very easy to notice the mistakes the teacher was making from the beginning of his lesson. To start, he didnâ€™t look enthusiastic and interested in teaching and jumped straight into the lesson without any introduction of himself, or building a bond with the students to make them feel comfortable. Most importantly there wasnâ€™t an engage phase. He intimidated them and made them feel small and stupid; calling the lesson that he didnâ€™t explain or go into detail with, easy. He gave no examples, and was useless with answering questions. He is an example of someone without any teaching knowledge or compassion for the career. The students didnâ€™t participate during the lesson as they didnâ€™t understand due to the teachers lack of explanations and examples, and they felt intimidated and scared to ask a question that he either wouldnâ€™t answer or he would make them feel bad for it.
