To teach English in order to enhance business relations amongst peers, business associates and customers I would think that one has to have a more business orientated mind to understand the dynamics of what input and output is required. All business are measured and by recruiting an English Teacher, if the company is paying for it they will want to see the measurement of how effective this actually was. In a sense it would be to the benefit of the company. So there is a lot more pressure when hired by a company than having adult individuals on their own accord join a English class. I at present teach the young learners and it is very rewarding. However the dynamics are not the same as a class room nor individual. I have groups of four children in private lessons. This can be challenging at times. This module has given me a lot of ideas to assist with these. for example the pace of the students.
