I enjoyed watching the two different videos and seeing that a profound difference was made by a change in the teacher's attitude. The teacher's attitude in the second video was engaging, encouraging, positive and productive in helping the students to feel comfortable using the target language. He actively engaged the students and included each student in the participation. He kept the energy up and he used visual aids to assist the students. I want to be a teacher like the one in the second video.Saying exactly what someone has said is called direct speech (sometimes called quoted speech). Here what a person says appears within quotation marks. Indirect speech (sometimes called reported speech), doesn't use quotation marks to enclose what the person said and it doesn't have to be word for word.
