I can relate to a lot of points in this unit such as understanding the students' personalities and building rapport in order to have a conducive classroom management environment. Controlling a class with students of different levels and different personalities is never easy but I agree that a lot of it has to do with the teacher's attitude in the classroom. If the teacher shows that he or she loves what they are doing and is very enthusiastic when teaching then the students will feed off that kind of energy and will be enthusiastic about learning.Although the teacher goes over the exact same material in both lessons, the attitude the teacher displays in class has a great effect on the students. The first video of this lesson shows a teacher with a negative attitude that doesn't seem to care if his students grasp the understanding of \"can\" and \"can't\". The second video of this lesson goes on to show that a teacher with a positive attitude in the classroom goes a long way. The students in the second lesson do a much better job at learning the new material and understanding how to use it.
