Watching the first video was physically painful. It doesn't take 9 previous units to know how awful the first lesson was, and how degraded the students must have felt. That being said, the second lesson was very insightful, and small things, like setting up how you write vocabulary on the board so that you can seamlessly transition into the next part of the lesson I found very effective and clever. These are small things I will take with me and factor into my own lesson plans. From the unit chapter I think that maybe phrasal verbs needs to be explained a bit further, I do not fully grasp this concept and think that, for me at least, I need to study this further. Passive voice for me has always been a difficult concept and even with extra studying I don't feel completely comfortable with it. This is an area of teaching English that I have to further work on in the future so that I understand the concepts well enough so that I can teach them to others.
