The video's clearly showed to me how influential the teacher is. If he seems not to be interested in the students at all (not learning their names, acting as if they were dumb), the student are not willing to participate. If he doesn't explain clear and uses word adjusted to the students level, they don't understand. A teacher should be able to explain things in a different way if students don't understand. When the teacher enters the class room and he appears to be ready and looking forward to teaching the students feel involved already. When he smiles a lot, learns the names and gives them the feeling they are doing well the students are happy to participate, enjoy the class and are actually learning something. A teacher should first and foremost show real interest in the students, the students will notice the teacher cares and are willing to participate and to learn
