With young learners it is important to always use English, speak slow, use gestures, and play games as often as possible.When teaching young learners it is important to praise them as much as possible. This will increase their confidence. Avoid using their native language no matter how tempting it is.Teaching business English do's and don'ts: use your ignorance to their field as an advantage, find out what their job entails. Being professional and keeping records is important. Avoid gossiping about people in the company, do not expect them to bring everything they need. Avoid using their native language.
