In this unit teachers always need to assess the class and suggest a way of dealing with them.In each new teaching position teachers need to meet both the new class and the existing ones.The new class is the kind of group the students don't know each other and some work will be needed to establish rapport between the class members . Students maybe unfamiliar with EFL methodology.And the existing group the students are already likely to know and be comfortable with each other and familiar with EFL teaching.This unit was very helpful in listing the different theories, methods and techniques of how to teach an interesting and engaging lesson. Each of these example can be used for all levels of language learners. For example, I can use photos or real object as a talking point for young learners and even adults. I can introduce new vocabulary to students this way while encouraging them to use their words. For every level of students language ability, there are ways to build confidence and elicit conversation.
