In this unit I learned what makes a good teacher and what makes a good student and their qualities, roles and responsibilities of a teacher and their students. To learn how to manage, organize and assess and to prompt a student by being sensitive and encourage the student. This unit also teaches the stages of teaching as in being a participant, tutor, resource facilitator, model and observer. This teaches you to know when to be more dominating or leading. This unit also teaches what makes a good learner, this is what I'm used to as normally being a student. Also you learn the level of learning by being an adult learner versus a young student and the different cultures have different learning approaches from beginners to advanced. As a result the teachers and learners are a very important issue. A good teacher will have good students.
