Unit 3 Theories, methods, and techniques I've learnt that there are lots of methods and techniques have been discovered and improving every day.
Also learnt that most effective method for new teachers are ESA; Engage, Study, and Activate. Each stage has different tasks and activities to think such as Engage stage, teacher should warm up student and get them to think and speak in English as much as possible. Study stage, student should be learning new English language concepts. Activate stage, teacher should encourage student to use the English knowledge they already have and combine with what they have learnt.
As for correction, there are several ways for correction such as self-correction, student-student correction, and teacher- student correction which this should be the last. We shouldn't correct too much or too less.
