Unit 20 recapped the potential problems that can occur in the classroom and solutions to prevent them. This lesson discussed how to break the ice with new students and students that are already familiar with each other. There were many examples on how to warm up the class like, hangman, dictionary, and tongue twisters. This lesson also reviewed how to deal with large lass groups. this less gave a variety of techniques to employ to create a successful class room.In this lesson i learnt that as most students prefer to learn the speaking aspect of learning english and most teachers find this the easiest to teach. Most writing tasks are left for homework and is often not completed. Writing is therefore often neglected and yet forms an important aspect to the students learning experience. As teachers we have other ways to introduce these skills to our students for example with games to encourage a complete learning outcome.
