In this unit we covered conditions and reported speech. Conditionals are sentences that contain the word \"if\" and they come in many different forms. They can be questions or statements. They can refer to real or unreal situations or possibilities. Reported speech is taking information that has been spoken to you and reporting it to a third party. Depending on when the information was first spoken, your tenses, verbs and pronouns may change in varying degrees.This unit discusses teaching the productive skills, reading and writing. That writing is often overlooked in the classroom is a sad but true issue that I hope to not let affect my own lessons. Accuracy and fluency both really do need to be focused on as well and it's important to strike a balance between the two when planning lessons. I have also found that games are a great way to keep the students' attention and hopefully increase their interest in the topic.
