I enjoyed watching the second video. It helped me see how I want to teach my class. I even really like how he just has the students write their names at the end of their little desks so that he can see their names. This is a small detail, but one that really changes the atmosphere of the class. I also enjoyed how he seemed to move very seamlessly between the different stages--it was obvious that he was prepared. He also was extremely interested in the students and their work. He kindly corrected them when needed without shutting them down. He also made sure that the students all were able to talk and write.
