This unit helps the teacher in dealing with lesson plans by explaining the reasons why the teacher needs lesson plans, priciples that lesson plans should be based on and the content which a lesson plan is supposed to contain. Before this course, I might not, even as a teacher, be able to answer the question \"why is the teaching plan important even though it sometimes makes the lesson rather stiff and lack in flexibility\". Now, I feel confident to justify the lesson plan because the rigidness is mainly due to the teachers, either they rely too much on the lesson plan or they are reluctant to adapt to the students' need.
