This unit discussed the different methods for managing the classroom. The unit covered what the \"presence\" of a teacher is and how it can be established in an effective way so as to command respect, create a comfortable/ safe learning environment and successfully ensure students meet their learning goals. For example reducing teacher talk time, calling on a student by name after posing a question to the class, being punctual and using various tones to captivate the student's attention throughout the lesson, these are some various ways to create an efficient band happy learning environment.I learnt the basic idea of tenses and how they are arranged. Especially the future tense. I also learnt the basic errors that non English speakers make. There are basically 7 Future tenses, their main form is like:
1. Future Simple
I will (Verb)go, sit, etc.
2. Future Continous
subject + will + be + verb + ing(present participle).
3. Future Perfect
will + have + past participle
4. Future Perfect Continuous
will + have + been + verb + ing.
5. be going + infinitive (going to future)
verb 'to be' in the present, plus going to, plus base form of verb
6. Present Simple
7. Present continuous
