This unit featured two video lessons of demonstration ESA lessons. The first ESA lesson shows a disinterested professor attempting to explain auxiliary modal verbs and animal vocabulary to a group of intimidated and confused students. The professor is overbearing and the students are not actively engaged in the class. The second video contrasts this and shows an example of a superb ESA lesson. I have learned the differences between proper teaching methods through this comparison of teaching styles. There are numerous things that the teacher in the first video does incorrectly, whereas the teacher in the second video takes appropriate actions.
