Being able to troubleshoot about what is needed in different size classrooms with various levels of ability to speak english is a key factor that I learnt from this unit. Assorted games and exercises are good warmers for the start of class and building rapport with students. Being aware of the different needs and interests of the students through a needs analysis test build understanding of what there goals are and what they already know. Students that are more challenged and are reluctant to get involved need patience and understanding of how to get them involved in a comfortable and knowledgeable way.
