This unit explained how different groups will need tailoring in the teaching approach. For example, a group of business people will have a completely different needs, motivations, and group dynamic then a group of really small kids. For example, it is highly possible that students are tired because they come to an English class after work. Or attendance might vary dramatically, because people get wrapped up in work. This also effects homework: excessive homework might not be reasonable since employees already have a high work load, in addition to family or other responsibilities in their lives. The unit provided great factors to keep in mind when teaching different kinds of classes.
