This unit like the other units on tense taught me the importance of the structure of a sentence instead of focusing on the usage when it comes to determining its tense. I was able to learn the different future tenses such as future simple, future continuous, future perfect and future perfect continuous. However, I also learned there is two other form of tenses that can be confused because their structure is similar to those mentioned above. For example, the tense going to´future (be going) which is used in plans based on present evidence or decision made before speaking can be confused with the present continuous.
