This unit reviewed conditionals and reported speech. Conditionals are sentences containing \"if\" which refer to the past, present and future possibilities. There are five main conditions. Zero conditional refers to actions and fact that are irrefutable. First conditional talks about a real station in the future that is possible, probable or even certain. Second conditional communicates a present or future unreal, hypothetical situation that is presently not true and is unlikely ever to be true. Third conditional refers to a hypothetical past action (or non action) and the hypothetical past consequence. Lastly, mixed conditionals is a hypothetical past action, and hypothetical future.
